With over 12 years of industry experience and over 8 years of teaching experience, Navin is ideally suited to deliver high-quality training and provide expert consulting for projects large and small. He has provided consulting and trainings at Boeing, F5 Networks, Costco, American University, Luminous Works and many others. He has also taught several classes in web design at the college level.
He is an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) and Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) in the following programs: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and Contribute. He also is an expert in HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery and WordPress. He earned a Masters in Public Communication and Master of Fine Arts (in Film & Electronic Media) from American University, where he deepened his understanding of art, design, and communication.
In addition to being an instructor, Navin is a working professional who uses web and video technologies on a daily basis. He is Director of Devi Studios, a visual media company specializing in web design and video production. He is also an experienced filmmaker. His film, Asha goes to India, (producer and director) was a finalist at the Moondance Film Festival and is available for instant watching on Gaiam TV and on DVD.
