Neha is a multiple award-winning expert with 20+ years of experience and specialization in the areas of Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, Management Consulting, Change Management, and Project Management. Over the course of her career, Neha has been engaged with leading organizations such as VMware (Broadcom), Accenture, and NIIT and led transformation initiatives for customers like Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, American Express, Amgen, Merck, Office Depot, Medidata, and more.

A thought leader in seller-focused enablement and learner experience design, Neha currently leads the Enablement Programs function within NVIDIA's Worldwide Field Operations organization and is directly responsible for designing and executing high-impact enablement programs focused on NVIDIA's solutions and go-to-market strategy for field sellers and channel partners. Prior to that, Neha led the Learning Programs org at VMware where she was responsible for innovating and enhancing the enablement portfolio across VMware’s solutions for 10K+ sales, 8K+ customer success, and 50K+ partners, helping influence VMware’s annual sales revenue of $13B through strategic development, deployment, and measurement of 500+ Hours of learning content per quarter that consistently earned an avg CSAT score of 4.6+ (out of 5) and an NPS score of 50+ (benchmark 40).

With a proven track record of success in developing and sourcing enablement for highly skilled, educated adult learners across a dynamic Cloud-focused organization, Neha excels at working analytically and collaboratively within the enablement org to meet the learning and education needs of her stakeholders and setting priorities with measurable objectives in alignment with core business needs.

From a technical standpoint, Neha is skilled in the knowledge and application of various Learning Methodologies, such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy (old and new), ARCS Model, Kirkpatrick’s Model for Training Evaluation, Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction, to name a few. She's proficient in the use of various Change Management Methodologies and models, such as the Prosci ADKAR Model, Lewin’s Change Management Model, and Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, and is fluent in Sales Enablement methodologies as well as several project management apps/suites (Microsoft, ClickUp, and more) having led several top-down implementations within the L&D space. She is also a proud owner of several Sales Enablement certifications that have allowed her to stay relevant and up-to-date in the world of sales-focused learning.
