I served as CRO at Brightpearl, where 50% of growth was for the company’s US business. I was responsible for growing revenue from $10 million ARR to $30 million ARR in 2.5 years, reducing churn, increasing DRR, and expanding the team from 30 to over 120 employees. My responsibilities included overseeing all GTM functions and ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience throughout the lifecycle of the product. Furthermore, I played a crucial role in the sale of the company for $360 million to Sage PLC and its integration into the larger company. By leveraging my skills in SaaS sales, new business development, and customer relationship management (CRM), I achieved these results and created value for the stakeholders.
