I am an experienced Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel with over 25 years' experience in Asia Pacific with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising, telecommunications, mobile and internet service industries. Skilled in building Teams, Ethics & Compliance, Investigations, Litigation & other Dispute Resolution, Corporate Governance, Negotiation, Management, Corporate Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
In my current role as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, International Markets, dentsu, I lead the global Ethics & Compliance team of over 20 professionals worldwide in setting and implementing best practice in governance, ethics and compliance at dentsu, international markets.
Prior to working for dentsu, I was appointed by Hong Kong's PCCW to be General Counsel and Director of Corporate Development in Hong Kong for Reach, a global telecoms JV between PCCW and Australia’s Telstra. My career started out at Bell Gully, New Zealand’s largest law firm, before joining Vodafone in New Zealand as an in-house counsel, then moving to Hong Kong with PCCW.
