By day (and night), Nicole works in audience development and oversees social media and digital marketing for global brands in the entertainment industry. By night (and day), she manages the chaos of engaging and entertaining her imaginative five year old and his sleep-resistant little brother...which means WFH with them some days...while raising them to be kind, curious, and empathetic. Whew.

After studying literature & political science at Arizona State University and being taught to write bios in the third person, Nicole moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She found her spot in Hollywood at E! News, where she managed the social media team for four years and pioneered strategies that led to organic audience gains of over 15 million cross-platform followers. Then came the time to trade in her spot on the red carpet for a pair of mouse ears: for five years, she led the Disney, Pixar, and Star Wars/Lucasfilm brand social teams and helped launch the Disney+ social media handles as a leader in the DMED central marketing organization. Yes, her team won Webbys, Streamys, Shortys, Tellys and more...but more importantly, they engaged and entertained audiences around the world with authentic and strategic digital storytelling.

Joining the ranks of the #GreatResignation, in 2022 Nicole left Disney and joined the incredible Paramount+ team as their Director of Brand Social Strategy, which her five year old is ECSTATIC about every time Blue's Clues or Sonic the Hedgehog comes up on a call.

Even though she's had an incredible career so far, a small part of her still hopes to be Indiana Jones when she grows up. She loves a challenge, she swears by the Oxford comma, and there's nothing she can't accomplish with the hottest cup of coffee you can make.

Mojan is her middle name, the j isn't silent. Last name is pronounced pier-shah-fee (the vowel salad at the end really doesn't do her any favors).

Her life and blurb are a work in progress.
