As a dedicated problem-solver, Nik has put his academic background in Communication to practice, engaging with stakeholders to overcome challenges and complex barriers that block progress. Through the years, he has gained special expertise in building foundational structures for efficient operations that accelerate sustainable growth with a results-oriented approach.

Under his current capacity as a PhD candidate, Nik is also researching on the impact Algorithmic Decision Making tools will have on how organisations are being lead and managed.
