I am Customer Success and Account Management specialist who is also People Leader with experience in SaaS, E-commerce and Sales (workspace solutions, hospitality and software) . I spent the last 5+ years working for global companies, particularly enjoying working with colleagues and clients in multiple continents. In the past, I worked for Manchester established brands within the Sales and Hospitality sector, which I will always be proud of.
I love finding more efficient routes in processes and while I always welcome or champion change, execution and impact of change is a key definer for me. On the flipside, I am open with challenging something stale, whether a process, system, or a mindset. I enjoy working in a culture of feedback but it's important for me to trust and be trusted - accountability is everything. Independence and collaboration need to have that sweet-spot level of balance. With people, one-size does not fit all, so whether as a CSM or as a people manager, you have to learn to adapt to specific needs or situations... This is definitely the skill I am most proud of and I don't believe it can be taught.
Outside of work, you'll catch me at gigs, the theatre, drinking Negronis and guilt tripping myself to go the gym. If annual leave was unlimited, I would never be home and naturally, broke.
