I write content that helps tech startups with customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction.
I write well researched and relevant blog content, customer interviews, case studies, knowledge bases, product guides and so on.

My writing process:
1. Research:
For this stage, I do a study of everything on that topic. I study the articles already written on the subject, what subject matter experts have to say on the topic, any studies or trends on the topic, any firsthand experience on the topic that I might have, etc.

2. Outline:
During this stage, I do my SEO research. Based on the results, I create an outline. I make sure to include relevant questions that need to be answered, as well as any piece missing from the existing articles on the topic.

3. Writing

4. Research: After writing the article, I go back to do some more research to make sure I have included all the relevant information that the audience needs.

5. Editing: This last stage is the cleanup stage. I check for grammatical or structural errors, and make sure the article is readable and cohesive.
