Headed up their comms group in Dublin before leaving the ad game for a more fulfilling life as an entrepreneur and business owner again. I believe that we need to look backward, to move forward. I am focusing on food & drink, and innovations therein. As consumers we want everything easier, cheaper and faster. But we are confusing processing with progressing. Food should be consumed in a natural state. So this is the nature of the work I'm putting my energy into.
