I had the privilege of building an entire retention area from scratch in an e-commerce and start-up with high growth speed, implementing different platforms of different levels of complexity directly with the website, App and support platforms such as CRM and CDP. Building a team and supporting them in the growth of our actions, we were able to evolve from 1 customer communication channel to 5, customizing and segmenting our strategies more and more.

In addition to being a specialist in email marketing and its best practices, I am also competent in working with marketing-oriented SMS, Pushes, and WhatsApp. Looking beyond and reaching loyalty, and even customer acquisition with lead base growth, I had the opportunity to plan the implementation of referral, cashback and loyalty programs with a focus on optimizing the company's macro metrics.
