Over the last 12+ years in the industry I have touched various aspects of building products and teams. I love open problems or resolving conflicts of interests to move forward. I excel at interaction with customers, taking data-driven decisions as well as experimenting with new product design. As a leader, I believe that a happy team makes for happy customers. You cannot cut corners in either to progress the other. Nurturing people and helping them grow is what ensures that you continually move in the right direction.
Besides building teams, shipping features and creating processes I enjoy playing the role of a swiss knife as and when needed - be it account management, managing crisis and on-call situations, or generally making sure everyone around me is happy.
