I've spent my career helping impactful organizations access the financial and human capital they need to succeed. That's taken me from law (Mayer Brown) to financial inclusion (SKS and CGAP) to impact investing (founder of Accion Venture Lab), and now building Shortlist, a talent platform connecting skilled professionals to great careers across Africa, India and now 25+ countries globally.
When I'm not building Shortlist, I'm trying to find other ways to support innovative & impactful startups as an angel investor (particularly edtech/jobtech) and as an advisor/venture partner to VC funds & venture studios.
I'm mostly based in Nairobi, but frequently in Mumbai and NYC as well. Always eager to connect on recruiting, talent tech, building great teams, and unlocking professional potential anywhere in the world!
