I am a seasoned insurance and finance professional with over 30 years of experience in creating and delivering unique, disruptive, and differentiated financial solutions for credit unions and their members. As the founder and owner of ISI Holdings, a group of companies that offer a range of customized insurance products, technology solutions, and member loyalty programs, I have helped financial institutions cultivate, enhance, and sustain their customers' engagement and loyalty and open up new streams of revenue.
Currently, I am the principal of CU Healthcare PayCard, a credit union service organization (CUSO) that provides a comprehensive suite of healthcare expense and financial solutions for credit unions. Our flagship product, The PayCard, is a healthcare-focused credit card that empowers cardholders to simplify and improve their healthcare services and related expenses. It also enables credit union members to take greater responsibility for their health and wellness, while improving cash flow and efficiency for providers. My mission is to leverage my background and expertise in insurance and banking to develop and launch innovative payment solutions that address the challenges and opportunities of the healthcare industry and benefit both credit unions and their members.
