Paul is a young, aggressive business man born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. He began his career in 2009 when he worked construction during his summers in college. After graduating early from Mercer University with degrees in Business and Spanish, Paul started his own business buying and flipping houses. Since then, he has bought, rehabbed and sold hundreds of properties. Paul continues to buy and sell properties but has shifted his focus on owning income producing properties long term. His current real estate holdings include single and multifamily residential homes, office buildings and small retail centers.
Paul founded Augusta Rental Homes in 2014 to manage residential properties in the Augusta area. The goal of the management company is to use technology and proven systems to provide great service to all residents and owners. Augusta Rental Homes has been recognized for its success on both a local and national level.
Paul obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Augusta State University in 2014. He is a member of and has spoken at several local real estate investing groups. Paul loves business and possess great enthusiasm and a desire to continually learn more. His goal is to own real estate and businesses across the south east.
