If you brand it, they will come. Growth oriented and award winning creative marketer with extensive agency, entrepreneurial and client side experience, I have spent my career building brands that accelerate growth. Most recently as Head of Brand for Alyce, Inc - a Series A start-up in Boston, MA, where we created the world's first Personal Experience Platform. Here I lead the team in brand strategy, brand messaging, category creations, website design and development as well as lead generation and advertising executions. Prior to that I headed both the brand and product design teams at Circle Internet Financial delivering two new websites and updating the mobile trading app. We also grow Circle Research from 1,000 to 6,000+ followers on our social media platforms. At TrueMotion, a VC backed start-up, I helped them reposition their offering and developed their go-to-market strategy and marketing strategy culminating in landing their three largest deals. I also hired and managed their marketing department, PR agency and re-conceived their product offering. My in-house career started at LogMeIn where I spent 7.5 years as VP Brand and Creative. When I joined we had $70MM in revenue and no creative department. By the time I left we had a run rate of $1B in revenue and had absorbed our biggest competitor. I built and managed the creative team of 14, introduced the UI/UX discipline, drove the adoption of our CMS, developed our creative and marketing strategy, invented 4 brands (join.me the most successful), designed 5 offices extending our brand around the globe and executed thousands of campaigns across all mediums and channels utilizing the latest in data analytics to optimize our performance. I'm skilled in marketing strategy, brand strategy, copy, design, management, lead generation, social media, brand development and creative execution.

My agency career included a stint as VP/CD for Arnold Worldwide where I ran the integrated accounts of Royal Caribbean, RadioShack and Babies 'R Us. My responsibilities included defining the business goals and articulating the brand position for my clients, then managing the development and execution of the creative work necessary to meet our goals across traditional and digital channels.
