My first job was working for my dad’s restaurant learning that the overall experience you deliver to customers is what matters (and gets them coming back).

My tools may be marketing-related now but the philosophy is the same:

I focus on capturing data and understanding the nuances of how to interpret it. This, plus the challenge of experimenting and pushing status quo, is how I go to work optimizing marketing to deliver experiences that generate pipeline and revenue, increase customer value and retention, and grow organizations.

Currently lead the revenue marketing team at HYCU, focused on delivering experiences to customers that are more personal, relevant, and thoughtful.

I formally led the marketing team at Alyce, where we sourced 70% of total new logo pipeline & revenue. And previously served as a VP of Marketing at Avid. I’ve also held various marketing roles at Iron Mountain and EMC. And my #5-9 time is spent being a dad to two amazing kids.

To stay on top of my game and to meet and learn from amazing marketers, I’m also the co-host of the podcast video series, Real ABM (realabm.com) and participate in several B2B sales and marketing communities.
