Dynamic executive & results driven change agent, Phil is Director of Digital Sales & Marketing, Head of Digital for the home internet suite of consumer products & services for Verizon. Within this function, he has responsibility for the P/L management, growth, & operations for Verizon’s Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) & Fios offerings across the entire digital e-commerce ecosystem & consumer marketing touch points. His team’s charter is focused on delivering against Verizon’s 5G commercialization strategy & nationwide Mobile + Home ambition, driving multi-billion-dollar year-on-year growth while transforming the future & delivery of its agile marketing capabilities as the company evolves the way it reaches & builds relationships with its 100+ million customers.
Prior to his current role, Phil has held a diverse set of leadership positions & has a successful track record leading highly visible initiatives & developing high performing teams across omni-channel customer experience, product development, digital, operations, marketing as well as corporate communications.
Phil holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Centenary University & received his certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. He has his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in communications: Public relations & psychology from Seton Hall University. Phil resides in New Jersey with his wife and outside of work you can find him at the rink, still trying to make it as a pro hockey player.
