As the Director of Technology and Innovation, my role involves overseeing the organisation's technology, systems, and innovation strategy to enhance program quality and supporter growth. Responsibilities include leading technology development projects, managing budgets and timelines, and fostering a culture of innovation. The position also involves advising the Executive Director and campaign staff on leveraging technology for advocacy. Ensuring business continuity of technical infrastructure, data security, and compliance with regulations is another key aspect of my role. Additionally, I sit on the Leadership Team and contribute to the overall organisational strategy.
