My passion is building innovative web/mobile software products, teams and companies (with 2 acquired). I have built the earliest hosted web apps, one of the first PaaS/SaaS platforms, enterprise SaaS business software, an innovative new visual mobile messaging app, UCaaS software combining messaging, video meetings and telephony and am now building a unique sales execution platform.
I have a high dynamic range - an ability to see and set strategy and lead, but also roll-up my sleeves and dive into the details. I have built products in companies of all sizes from 5 to 50,000.
My Product Management philosophy is to drive customer delight by ease of use and value delivered. I achieve this by a synthesis of my insights, measurements & data, and a deep understanding of the underlying technologies.
My Leadership philosophy is encapsulated as "SQ+EQ+IQ". I provide and expect a high Self Quotient (integrity, character, relentless action, humility), build and grow high Emotional Quotient teams (collaboration, camaraderie, respect, empathy) and produce sustained high-velocity output that is greater than the sum of the team's IQ (expertise, experience, knowledge)
