Rashida Gayle

Rashida Gayle is the founder of several successful companies with a focus on marketing, talent representation, content, digital media, and business strategy. She has secured her clients multi million dollar deals with behemoths such as Pepsi, Reebok, and Marriott. She is a 2021 Forbes 30 under 30 and 2022 Atlanta 500.

Gayle recently founded Twenty Six Entertainment, a sports and entertainment agency. Since its inception, she has diversified and nearly doubled her portfolio, catapulting into the entertainment and the influencer space. Prior to launching Twenty Six Entertainment, Gayle was Vice President of Talent Marketing at GSE Worldwide. During her tenure, she became the first Black and only woman to independently represent NFL and MLS players.

Gayle is the co-founder of Bloom, an organization that caters to the new femme archetype: women in C suites, earning more than their counterparts, and becoming firsts and influencers in their fields. In her personal life, she serves as a mentor to young women across industries who aim to achieve in their respective fields.
