Rianne is a UX researcher who has worked in various UX and visual design roles for agencies and within in- house teams. With a big interest in uncovering the ‘why’ behind peoples intrinsic motivations, she loves to observe what people do online, with the ultimate goal to uncover what drives them. Besides asking questions all the time she is an avid runner and huge nature enthusiast.
