Rod is a Managing Director of e-MAX, Inc. along with e-MAX, LLC and e-MAX Services, LLC and is the leader of the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management Practice and a member of the national team devoted to Corporate Governance. Rod is the firm’s technical adviser on corporate finance related services and is a nationally recognized speaker with the Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Rod provides consulting services, related to corporate governance including FCPA, FISMA, GRC, HIPAA, PCI, SCADA and SOX; e-Forensics; e-Security; and system integration engagements including Oracle turnarounds. He has extensive prior IT and operational consulting experience with a leading National CPA/Consulting firm and has provided a host of consulting services to companies involved in automotive, financial, healthcare, professional service industries and public utilities. He has managed the implementation and integration of application systems along with accounting controls for applications including Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP. He also was an executive with three major software consulting companies including Compuware, Fujitsu and Oracle where he won and managed numerous projects in excess of 100M in scope and size.
