In my role as Client Services Manager I oversee every stage of the client relationship. In the last ten years I've designed and executed mystery shopping, audits and CSat programs for companies of every size and from every industry.

Over time and as the technologies in the mystery shopping industry matured, my day to day tasks became more data-driven, which led me to take a Full Stack Web Development course. There I learned skills that helped me grow within my company and industry. I found I enjoyed writing software and working with data more than anything else, and am currently looking for opportunities in that space.
