I am a seasoned Enterprise-Technology Executive with over 25 years of experience working with global brands and start-ups alike. Every aspect of what I’ve done in my career is ultimately working towards helping companies implement and execute successful transformation projects and go-to-market strategies, using technology as the enabler.
Having grown up in a very creative environment (both of my parents were professional artists, hence being named after the artist and philosopher John Ruskin) I pride myself on using creative, but careful thinking to solve difficult problems.
I consider myself very fortunate to have been exposed to an environment that was as diverse as it was creative. Meeting people from different walks of life, with different talents and approaches had a huge impact on who I am today. It shaped and influenced my guiding principles which I apply when building new teams and companies:

I’ve had the good fortune of working with technology leaders like Salesforce, Microsoft, and Conga, to name a few. Whether helping companies transition to new technologies or new business processes, my approach is simple but effective; have a rock-solid strategy, define, refine and deliver a realistic foundation, which combined with future-facing objectives provides a pragmatic route to success.
It’s my responsibility to help my clients get perspective on their business’s challenges, both good and bad. I’ve seen that my consultative, solution-based approach creates strong relationships with the level of trust required to get the best results.
