"T-shaped" product leader with a wide breadth of cross-functional skills (strategy, experimentation, data/analysis, human-centered design, customer validation, etc) with deep expertise in the details of building software in small cross-functional teams.

Most of my 10+ years experience is in product management with digital B2B products, particularly HCM but with experiences in B2C like luxury retail and even technical work building platforms. Three key accomplishments that make me proud:

1. Relaunching a navigation experience serving 5M+ MAU (monthly average users). Particularly because the first version received a lot of feedback, and we iterated towards a better fit through some big breakthroughs in user/customer empathy driven by quantitative surveys and qualitative discovery sessions.

2. Helping 2 product analysts and 3 product managers launch or pivot their careers. Even when it led them to new opportunities outside my team or even our organization, really proud of helping them grow.

3. The email from an enterprise sales rep directly attributing my innovation presentation to a $1M+ closed SAAS deal. Big because at the time product and sales were not getting along. Our strong working partnership helped our leaders demonstrate how both organizations could work together.

I'm comfortable presenting to audiences large and small and I also enjoy writing. I currently spend a lot of time advocating for UKG's vision for work tech. From helping executives prepare their presentations, writing or presenting on my own, or creating frameworks for the entire company to use.

In my spare time, I have also practiced and taught Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for nearly 15 years. I also enjoy reading widely - particularly ancient history and biographies but sometimes embarrassing science fiction too. Check out the pinned article for my favorite books!
