My name is Sacha Martina, and I am the founder of Your Talent Agency! A recruitment/relocation agency that helps companies in the Netherlands grow with International and diverse talent. We work for cool companies such as Instruqt, Trunkrs, Lepaya, Pacmed, Aidence, Otrium and many more!

Next to that I am a 𝕕𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕚𝕥𝕪, 𝕖𝕢𝕦𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕪 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕚𝕟𝕔𝕝𝕦𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟 specialist and public speaker. As a colored female entrepreneur I know how to deal with prejudices and that is why I promote awareness toward issues of multiculturalism, equality, and social in-justice. Oh and I have a thing for French cheese 🧀 And chocolate. And wine. And shoes. And tattoos. But mainly French cheese.

Finally I am a proud mother of 2 young girls and believes it is my duty to set a strong example for my kids; showing that you can be a successful, kick-ass entrepreneur and mother at the same time!

With my background in HR/People&Culture, I have successfully led People teams in several international (tech) companies. With a focus on talent and its impact on a company's achievements, I have experience translating long-term business objectives into tangible goals and OKRs/KPIs for people teams. Moreover, I have also played a key role in supporting international growth by deploying scalable and future-proof HR strategies. My entrepreneurial galvanizing mindset and drive to make lasting impact align perfectly with fast scaling organizations.

Next to that I bring a unique perspective as a former CEO of a startup. Having led a company from its early stages and experienced rapid growth, I understand the critical importance of empowering and growing talent in a dynamic environment.
