Sagi Shaked

Mr. Shaked is a Founding Partner of the Shaked Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Shaked is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Shaked is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocates. He concentrates is practice on representing victims, families and their loved ones when they have been wronged because of the negligence of others. At the age of 28, Mr. Shaked was one of the youngest attorneys in the country to obtain a multi-million dollars verdict in a single product liability case.

In 2009, Mr. Shaked obtained a five million dollar ($5,000,000.00) settlement for his client in a medical malpractice case. This multi-million dollar settlement is believed to be 1 of a handful of multi-million dollar settlements in medical malpractice cases since the Florida Legislature put caps on medical malpractice cases years ago.

Mr. Shaked is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Shaked is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and the District of Columbia.

He is a graduate of Florida International University, where he received his B.S. with honors in 1996. In 1999 he graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
