Hi 👋 . I’m Sarah! I’m a data-driven UX research-minded Product Designer at Keap who delivers meaningful work that drives results. I love to simplify complex problems to make people's lives easier. When it comes to solving complex problems, I focus on the root cause problem and not just the symptom to craft the best solutions for users.
I am vigorously curious, constantly observing, learning, and exploring new ways to better understand the people I build products for. My ability to combine strategic and analytical thinking in tandem with empathy and design thinking enables me to keep the user at the center of the design process to make technology useful, usable, and desirable.
I am a people leader who gets joy out of collaborating with and working alongside others to inspire and help them grow. My goal is to be a leader in the UX community, continuing to share my knowledge and expertise and multiply product designers and UX researchers to become the best version of themselves and build an extraordinary team of PDXers that create seamless experiences across SaaS applications.
