I also worked as a Customer Success Associate, helping clients such as Google, Proctor & Gamble, Porsche, Prudential Financial, etc. to implement ongoing customer and employee experience programs.
While earning an MBA from BYU Marriott School of Management, I interned for Nestle USA, developing a go-to-market strategy for a globally recognized brand. I also led client development and consulting projects for Marketing Lab, an independently operated marketing & strategy agency.
