As a manager of Business Development, I lead a team of reps driving towards monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline and closed ACV targets. On a daily basis I'm coaching, developing and training my sales team to increase productivity, execute sales strategies and support the top of funnel sales process. Additionally I work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
I have a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets, delivering high-quality service, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and candidates. Prior to being a sales leader, I was a recruiter, responsible for full cycle recruitment supporting sales, customer success and technical business segments.

I have a B.A in Marketing from Marietta College (OH) and a M.S in Instructional Leadership/Sports Management from Robert Morris University (PA).
