- Served as project liaison between the clients, sales reps and the technical team to help with the complicated
technical integration projects
- Wrote the necessary follow up technical and non-technical requirements and process documents of the
implemented projects that I worked on, on behalf of my various clients.
- Helped with the editing of the client’s HTML when necessary during development and testing, especially when
under tight deadlines.
