With over 10 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, and e-commerce, I am passionate about creating innovative and engaging solutions for online shoppers. As the Head of Product for the Visitors Experience at ManoMano, I lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver a seamless and personalized customer journey across web and mobile platforms in five European countries.
In my current role, I oversee the vision, strategy, and implementation of the entire ManoMano customer experience, covering both B2C and B2B segments. I leverage my expertise in SEO, SEA, e-merchandising, pricing, incentives, web analytics, experimentation, and personalization to optimize the conversion rate, the average basket value, and the retention rate of our users. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align the product roadmap with the business objectives and the customer feedback. Since joining ManoMano in June 2021, I have successfully launched several projects and initiatives that have increased the traffic, revenue, and satisfaction of our customers.
