I help people succeed. From my smallest customer to the largest, I want them to feel triumph and pride when they think of our product. I build customer excitement through authentic communication, giving people the information they need in a way that they enjoy.
Education was where I started. From there I moved into technical training, web project management, and customer success. Of all my varied careers, CS is my preference. There is no better feeling than watching someone thrive and knowing I played a part in their success.
