My whole life I have secured 2 important needs for me in all my jobs : 1) work in a friendly and respectful atmosphere and 2) make sure my business/work has a positive impact : a better customer experience, happier people at work, a better business model, ideally all of them !
I have started my career with Strategic Consulting, then built various new successful ventures businesses and for the past 15 years I have learned to transform bigger and bigger organizations.
This is what I do in my current role at BNP Paribas group : I help making sure that at group level we are collectively able to identify our customers and our teams prioritary needs and that we are organized to answer them so that we continue to be a successful business model in a new world. What I love about this job is the extreme variety of topics involved from strategy to data science, but also culture, organization, marketing, venture, UX etc… and the joy to see things change in time. I am also very grateful to be working with a fantastic team of highly skilled and friendly experts. Being a board member in Arval, Lyf, Nickel and FLOA gives me an interesting perspective on different challenges.
When I am not working, I enjoy playing jazz with my trio or my children and glide on week ends (skiing in winter or else kitesurfing) with my husband.
