Owner and Managing Director at Tradebox I’m responsible for running the day to day operations of the company and dealing the commercial aspects such as business development, partnerships, customer relationships etc.
The most satisfying aspect of this role is being involved with the continued development of the software; working up ideas from customer feedback, being part of implementation process and finally seeing how these changes are received. It’s a diverse role and one that I really enjoy. As founder of the company I’ve been here since day one, so it’s really gratifying to see the company grow and expand as we continue on our onward journey.
Tradebox Limited was established in April 2003 and has been an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) operating in the UK online retail market since March 2006. Today Tradebox is the leading provider of Sage integration in this market and have recently introduced support for Xero accounts.
Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tradebox is staffed predominantly by ex-Sage employees with a vast experience and knowledge of Sage accounts software and 3rd party Sage development and integration. Working in the online retail market since 2005, and with over 1,100 existing online retail customers, the Tradebox team also have a great understanding of the needs of the UK online retailer.
