I lead Mercer Island Group, the West Coast's preeminent marketing consulting firm.
I have led consulting teams on behalf of clients as diverse as Nokia, HP, Microsoft, Sprint, Nintendo, Abbott Laboratories and numerous others. I founded MIG in 1990, after serving as a division president in a Fortune 100. While there I helped lead the famous Pringles turnaround; guided Jif to market leadership; led the flagship Tide brand; and helped launch major new products like Tide with Bleach.
