Steve Stearns

I'm currently working as a Success Architect Director for Salesforce. My expertise is primarily focussed on helping customers with getting the most value out of Salesforce. I engage with our largest customers to help them optimize their architecture, most often focusing on areas of scale and performance. In 2021, as a part of that work, I was deeply involved in our Vaccine Cloud efforts to help leverage Salesforce for vaccine rollouts through out the world.

I came into Salesforce as part of the Model Metrics acquisition and spent most of my early years here working as an Architect for our services team. Leading teams to build custom solutions for our customers, typically featuring complex integrations and custom built user experiences.

Since my career began I've worked in an extensive number of verticals including healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, agriculture, and consumer packaged goods.
