I am a Product Operations Lead at Sedna, Cambridge MBA and former employee of Deliveroo and Google, with 10+ years of experience in customer experience and product operations. A technically minded problem solver, I draw on my background in Psychology, technical product support and operations management to create flexible, user-first experiences; optimise these solutions; and oversee their scale at a global level.

I have experience leading teams, developing internal and external content, producing technical training, driving process improvements, product improvements and working cross-functionally with product, sales/marketing and engineering teams.
