With over 16 years of experience in sales, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who thrives on driving growth and innovation in the SaaS industry. I am currently the VP of Sales for NA & Japan at Xactly Corp, a leading provider of cloud-based sales performance management solutions. I am responsible for leading a team of sales professionals across different segments and regions, while delivering on the company's vision of empowering sales teams to achieve their full potential.

In my previous roles at Xactly Corp, I have consistently exceeded my quotas and targets, and earned multiple awards and recognition for my performance and leadership. As a RVP, Director, and AE, I have developed and executed effective sales strategies, built and coached high-performing teams, and cultivated strong relationships with customers and partners. I have also leveraged my experience as a professional baseball player to bring a unique and diverse perspective to the sales organization.
