Most recently, I was the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Mitek Systems, a global leader in mobile image capture, remote deposit, and identity verification software solutions. I managed the nationwide recruiting efforts for Mitek, assisted international recruiting efforts in Europe and APAC, and maintained a personal requisition load of hard-to-fill positions. I also developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies, policies, and best practices to ensure quality, efficiency, and diversity of hires. I left Mitek in June 2023 to pursue new opportunities and challenges in the talent acquisition field.
