Most recently I joined Regal Rexnord, a growing e-commerce platform, to spearhead the global digital and IT organization with an emphasis on digitally empowering our customers and business stakeholders.

Prior to that, I was the CIO at Generac, where I successfully overhauled the IT strategy and digital architecture, transforming the organization into a global energy technology solutions company. Within 3 years, we successfully acquired and integrated 13 companies, doubled our headcount, more than doubled our revenue, and made waves in the energy space.

Earlier in my career, I was tapped multiple times to spearhead digital transformations including at Laureate Education and Motorola Solutions. I spent the bulk of my career at Dell, where I was the first executive to lead global IT M&As having orchestrated and integrated 40 acquisitions during my time.

My goal is to make the state of Wisconsin and the greater Milwaukee area a popular tech hub through upskilling and investing in Digital Talent.

I enjoy sharing my point of view by speaking at industry conferences, blogging, and serving on customer advisory boards and vendor executive councils.
