I build referral partner programs from scratch as an additional, relationship-based revenue channel. I specialize in partner vertical identification and selection, creation of mutually beneficial partnership models, partner prospecting, logistics, partner pipeline management, and partner success to enable long-term referral sources. The motion is a marketing outcome (lead generation) with a sales skill set (relationship building). It requires close collaboration with executives in sales, marketing, legal, and operations.
