I started my career in Email Marketing and after years of working in various industries (from vision care to developer marketing), I've found my true passion lies in developing retention, lifecycle marketing, and customer experience strategies for ecommerce and retail brands. I currently lead Retention and Customer Support at Every Man Jack, a leader in the men's grooming space.
I have years of experience leading email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, blog, CRO, direct mail, and customer experience strategy. Additionally, I have a deep understanding of omnichannel strategy and driving retention for retail-first brands.
I'm data-driven as well as a people person, and always strive to learn as much about our customers (I'm a huge proponent of surveys and building complete customer profiles) as possible - so that we're building branded experiences that benefit both sides.
