From working in a petroleum refinery to a major software company, design happened to Ujjwal as if it was inescapable. His guiding principle has been to effectively merge the rigor of the scientific process with the humanism of the design process. Helping him is his education from IIT Kharagpur and NID - two of the best schools from India, in engineering and design, respectively.
Having written the first research paper from his NID department to be the first design intern at Salesforce India, and recently a promotion as an employee - Design has been a rewarding career for Ujjwal so far. He has worked on many industry experiences and research areas. Namely - Emergency dashboards for COVID-19; Carbon dashboard for businesses; Next generation of the Loyalty program; Risk management as the future for policyholders' experience; Adoption framework and more. He is now ready to craft more end-user-focused experiences, to make a direct impact on the world.
