My expertise in leading high-performing teams, developing and executing strategic plans, and managing budgets has resulted in consistently exceeding targets and achieving business objectives.
• Demonstrated exceptional leadership and managerial skills by being promoted three times in three separate companies, leading cross-functional teams to achieve their goals, and managing budgets of up to $30MM.
• Achieved an MBA, certification in lean six sigma, and BA in economics, complemented by completing various LinkedIn courses, which allowed me to integrate data-driven insights into marketing strategies and enhance the overall performance of marketing teams.
• Leveraged advanced knowledge of SEM to manage paid media for two of Canada's largest banks and multiple paid media accounts of SaaS start-ups, generating significant increases in lead generation and revenue growth.
