Wade T. Micoley has been an active member of the real estate and finance industries for 40+ years, ranking Top 3 for closed transactions with a major franchise. Early in his career, Wade was established as one of the nation’s top real estate brokers, winning many awards, accolades and serving on various panels and speaking engagements. Wade’s accomplishments go beyond the traditional scope of real estate and brokerage. His desire for improving business systems and breaking new ground have lead to expansion over the years toward numerous start up ventures and developments in commercial space, office complexes, apartments, student housing, residential housing, and elderly care facilities.
In 2000, Wade co-founded Nicolet National Bank and in 2009, Nicolet was quoted as the fastest growing bank in Wisconsin with assets over $6 Billion. Nicolet Bank is now a publicly traded company.
In response to his connections in bank assets and customer request, Crown Pointe Management was created to serve the banking and public investors with quality financial oversight of more than $30 million in apartment assets and over $15 million in commercial bank assets.
Specialties: In 2008, RealtyHive was created, a project focused Auction company that customizes an accelerated marketing program for financial institutions, commercial/corporate clients, and individual property owners. Wade's precise planning and execution of the platform's Time-Limited Events and enhanced digital marketing has allowed this company to expand throughout the United States and internationally.
Wade's innovation continues with a new mobile app called Cashifyd. Cashifyd connects home buyers and sellers with real estate agents who offer a portion of their commission as cashback to the buyer at closing. Lenders are also able to connect with early-stage buyers who needs assistance in obtaining a mortgage for their new purchase. In return, Cashifyd donates on the buyer's behalf to a local charity of their choice. Cashifyd is completely free for buyers to use and their contact information is only released to the agent and/or lender they select to work with.
