Willie Jackson

Willie Jackson is a partner and head of growth at ReadySet, a diversity strategy firm that helps organizations create more human-centered workplaces. With over five years of experience at ReadySet, Willie leads the international expansion, strategic partnerships, and large-scale engagements for the firm, working with clients across sectors and regions to foster inclusion, belonging, and equity.

Willie is also an international keynote speaker who leads interactive discussions for clients across a range topics and industries. In 2015, Willie founded and published Abernathy, a digital magazine for Black men, and served as the founding technical lead of Seth Godin’s altMBA program, a pioneering online learning platform.
