I am a systems administrator, trainer, event planner and organizer passionate about leveraging tools and systems to drive engagement and narrow training disparities. I want to improve training skills and empower people to become self-sufficient.

During my years with InXpress, I have had the privilege of working in several different roles, including as a franchise account manager, a global training coordinator, and a global training systems administrator. I’ve also had the opportunity to plan and facilitate InXpress’s annual convention in the United States. This includes recommending hotel locations, using the Cvent platform for hybrid events, utilizing the attendee hub to create the convention website and app, and Cvent studio. Budget planning, following a strategic plan, organizing speakers, organizing exhibitors, branding InXpress on the hybrid platform and marketing materials, and implementing strategic concepts throughout the convention.

One of my favorite quotes is from Simon Sinek; “People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it.” My mission is to give franchise owners and account executives the tools they need to succeed and celebrate their successes.
