A certified Special Events Producer, McNair is adept in live events and entertainment marketing - including conceptualizing event themes and strategy and acquiring and managing celebrity talent. Additionally, she boasts an impressive roster of industry contacts, ranging from entertainment and film to music.

Skillset highlights include being a highly creative strategic thinker, whose work unabashedly showcases over 17 years of illustrious events and marketing career experience. Her professional track record includes conceptualizing and orchestrating large production events and marketing campaigns and programs to effectively create business development opportunities and increase revenue and growth.

Also highly experienced in developing concepts and marketing programs and written proposals, overseeing budgets and managing all aspects of special events, including contract negotiation, operations, production, hiring, arranging & overseeing event staff union and non-union personnel, media services, catering, décor, sound checks/rehearsals, overall event logistics, post-event tracking and ROI analysis.

Additionally, the Emmy nominated producer (2013, 2022) was celebrated as one of Black Enterprise’s “40 Game Changers” (2010) and most recently was named on the BizBash 1,000 list as one of the the top event producers in the U.S. She has since produced engagements, hosting upwards of 50,000.

Yvonne McNair is also a Member of the International Special Events Society, an Associate Member of the Recording Academy, Certified in technical event production and is proficient in KeyNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and CAD.
