randon drives the biggest growth channel for Instapage and is a manager’s dream employee.”
– Former VP of Marketing at Instapage
I’m an insanely detail-oriented Content Marketer who creates and manages SEO-friendly content that focuses on lead generation, brand awareness, and established buyer personas.
My professional career was launched in 2007 as I got introduced to inbound and content marketing working at a small agency. While there I did just about everything; creative writing, editing, website management, blogging, SEO, coordinating itineraries, calendar management -- you name it. Then the market crashed in 2008 leaving me unemployed.
After completing a seasonal position fundraising for the United Way and honing my public speaking skills I was back to the job hunt. Frustrated with job prospects, I went back to school to get my MBA in Marketing (later graduating with 4.0). While in school, I accepted a Content Writer & Marketing Specialist position which allowed me to get back to my content marketing roots and build out an editorial calendar focused on lead gen. (Fun fact: I won a ticket to HubSpot's "Inbound" conference using a Jay Z lyric.)
Fast forward nearly three years and I relocated to work in San Francisco as the Content Marketing Manager at Instapage. The role required me to develop the content program and build out a lead generating machine. Shortly thereafter in April 2017, I was promoted to Director after having proven my ability to manage the team while still producing high-quality content.

Freelance B2B content writer specializing in SaaS, long-form blog posts and marketing content.
Hey there. If you're interested in B2B content, I'm your dude.
In-depth blogs, how-to's, listicles, the works.
My areas of expertise include content marketing, social media, SaaS, SEO, ecommerce and small businesses.
I've worked alongside awesome SaaS brands like Sprout Social, vCita, Photoslurp and CanIRank. Many of my bylined blog posts get hundreds of shares (and sometimes thousands).
Oh, and I do quite a bit of ghostwriting. Some of my ghostwritten work has appeared on Wired.com, SmartInsights and Venture Beat, to name a few. In fact, I have over 3,000+ shares across four recent ghostwritten pieces for Entrepreneur.
Finally, I understand how to craft content speaks directly to marketers and small business owners. I'm a student of direct-response style and take pride in knowing what makes readers tick.
